The support of numeric comparison in nRF5_SDK_12_3_0

Core4.2 SPEC supports BLE numeric comparison and nRF5_SDK_12_3_0 support core4.2.

However, I can't find any event for BLE numeric comparison.

Is nRF5_SDK_12_3_0 support numeric comparison?
