Is there another way to get a hold of Nordic Engineers?

Hello All,

Sometimes is fine to use a forum but sometimes we have to meet a deadline and the forum questions don't always get answers for in a timely manner.

So I'm wondering if I should talk to my FAE or if there is a way to escalate support for any given development even if we have to pay for the extra help.

I'm stuck with several questions and I don't have anywhere to go. Just wondering which options are available to developers that working on real life products that are going to production soon.

  • One option is to create a My Page account on Nordics main web page and then enter tech support cases there. I have found the Nordic engineers to be very responsive. It does kind of go against the idea of creating a community here in the Dev Zone, but sometimes you don't have a option. It's also good if you have a question that might expose something proprietary you don't want to share publicly.
