PCA10040 not show anymore in Device Manager

After succesfull compile, installation and run of my first application , I cannot see anymore the nRF52 DK board from windows. The application keep flashing the led but no way to connect to the board!! I have tried the Boot/Reset button while powering on ....no effect! I am afraid to have bricked the PCA10040 ....... how can I recover?
