Eddystone beacon using nrf51822/waveshare ble400 and blackmagic probe in Arduino IDE

Hi! I am currently doing my project on BLE beacons. I am using nordic's nrf51822 and waveshare ble400. I am using a blackmagic probe instead of jlink to program it using Arduino IDE. I want to use sandeep's repo (see: github.com/.../arduino-BLEPeripheral) but I don't know what to do in order for it to work on blackmagic probe. I think his repo is in jlink build. Please help me guys.

  • Also what is your nRF51822 dev version number? If your BMP does not have your version number then you have to request the Blackmagic probe GitHub repo to include your version into the firmware and flash the new firmware binary into your BMP device. github.com/.../blackmagic.git Please find the below link on whether BMP supports ur version github.com/.../nrf51.c

I have added the above device into the blackmagic repo by pulling a request to add. Do the same, but make sure you confirm with Nordic Semiconductor first about the version number and send BMP guys the confirmation link or else your device will not be added. Thanks
