cannot find C:\Keil_v5\ARM\Flash\nrf51xxx.flm

installed Keil_v5, JLink, then nRF51 SDK installer (nrf51_sdk_v5_2_0_39364.msi). Not able to find nrf51xxx.flm. Any hint? Thanks.

Sovled by copying the file over C:\Keil_v5\ARM\Pack\NordicSemiconductor\nRF_DeviceFamilyPack\1.0.3\Flash
