Where can I start from zero with nRF52

I know nothing about bluetooth like ble_app_uart , uart to where?how to use this uart? like ble_app_alert_notification, alert? beep? vibrator?

any tutorial of develop? forget that infocenter, it doesn't describe details

I'm sorry that you find the Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and the ble_app_uart example hard to understand.
I would suggest that you try to find some literature about getting started with BLE.
We also offer a lot of information and tutorials for getting started with Nordic Semiconductors devices.

UART Example

The ble_app_uart example includes one service; the Nordic UART Service.
With the UART example you can use the nRF52-DK as a peer to the phone application "nRF Toolbox".
