JLink is Segger proprietary.  IDAP-Link is based on the ARM standard CMSIS-DAP protocol.  There is a special software provided with the IDAP-Link for parallel programming of the nRF51 & nRF52 series.  See this blog for more details about the IDAP-Link https://embeddedsoftdev.blogspot.com/p/idap-link.html
