if we don't have nrf52 dk. is there any other way to pgrogram nrf52832

You can use debuggers that support Serial Wire Debugging (SWD) . Most of the commercial programmers are quite expensive though, and a nRF5 DK kit is one of the cheaper options. And you get a development…
