Wireshark failed to get capture packet with nRF-sniffer_2.0.0-beta

Hi,

I'm using the last sniffer package named nRF-sniffer_2.0.0-beta-1_51296aa with a nRF51 Dongle ([https://www.nordicsemi.com/eng/Products/nRF51-Dongle]). My PC is running Ubuntu 12.04 with Wireshark 2.4.3. I saw the nRF Sniffer in interface list on Wireshark but when I start a capture a pop-up window say "No packets captured. As no data was captured, closing the temporary capture file".

I have only one version of jlink install. It is the 6.16c.

I use an dongle with a PCA10031 (v1.1.0 2016.46) which is supported by sniffer v2 according to the release note.

I didn't found the jlink configurator into /opt/SEGGER/JLink_V616c. But here is the log when I execute jLinkExe:
