How can I connect nRF52832 with MT8852b?

Hello,

I just bought a nRF52832 development kit infocenter.nordicsemi.com/.../nRF52_DK_User_Guide_v1.2.pdf The board can pair and data transfter with mobile after i download the application software.

However, after i download the direct test mode software to the nrf52832, i cannot pair the nrf52832 with MT8852b bluetooth tester.

I failed at the step: step 1

• connected the UART of nrf52832 to the tester (P0.06 of nrf52832 connect to UART rx of tester) (P0.08 of nrf52832 connect to UART tx of tester)

step 2

• i set the UART baud rate of MT8852b to 19200

step 3

• enter the of MT8852b

step 4

• i selected the source is

step 5

• i failed to get the MAC address

May i know if i have any setting error? or should i cut off the UART connection between nrf52832 with the host MCU at the development kit?

Thank you for your reply, i have download the example code for direct test mode, and i have checked the code has UART configure,

may know if i need to discconnect the host MCU from the nrf52832 at the development kit??

The UART pins on the DK are by default connected both to IF MCU and GPIO headers. It should not be required to cutt the solder bridges.
