Incorrect power LED signal

Hi all

My nRF51822 has a incorrect LED signal, seems become a battery mode when I plug in a USB port. The detail feature as below:

1. Incorrect device type in Micorsoft device manager, seems be detect as a Camera:
2. Incorrect LED light, LED 3 (power signal) should be lighted when I plug with USB port, but not.
3. Cannot list in SDK and Master control.

Hi,

It seems that windows update has downloaded the incorrect driver for your device. If you manually update the driver, and point it to your SEGGER installation folder, it should be updated. My drivers are present in this directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGGER\JLinkARM_V468\USBDriver\CDC

Reinstall (remove&install) this file: Setup_JLinkARM_V474a right ? I tried and same problem ... :(

Oh and I reinstall driver in device manager, still problem ... :(

Hi,

Did you try to right-click and update driver manually? Right click and choose "Update Driver Software" and browse to your SEGGER installation folder and it should detect your driver.

Yes I did, and I have no SEGGER signal when I test by ammeter.
