Flash the program in nRF52

Hi! i am using nRF52832 development board . i have flash the example code in development board and it is successfully flashed into nRF52832 development board. But i am not getting output from that board. anyone can help me to get output using nRF52832. What is the steps for flash the program in nRF52832 and how do i check the output ? Thank you in advance.

    You need to supply more details: which exact HW you use (how it is called, what revisions of nRF52 chip on it), how you are trying to flash it (what SW and HW/wiring set-up you use), what FW binaries/project you are trying to put there, what steps you did (like one/two/three/...), what you expected to happen and what you see instead. Until telepathy is developed we cannot assume what you are really doing and what do you expect.
