Would you like to program the development kit on /dev/cu.usbmodem1411 (29491639) with the required firmware?

what command did "nRF Connect" do, after I click "YES" ???

Im stranded in this example : “ble_app_alert_notification”

I don't know how to use "nRF Connect"

when I use "nRF Connect" , after I choose the Serial port, the "program required firmware" tips always pop up, after I click "YES", board LED all off ,and never on again, until I reflash them with other HEX files

nRF Connect Bluetooth low energy is an app for the nRF Connect desktop application for getting familiar with, developing, and testing Bluetooth low energy devices. It allows you to set up a local device, connect it to advertising devices and discover their services, maintain the connection and the connection parameters, pair the devices, and change the server setup for your local device. It also offers a detailed log for troubleshooting purposes.

When you connect your device to your computer, choose the serial port and program the device with the required firmware. Then you can use that board (still connected to your computer) to scan for, and connect to, other BLE Devices in the area, which means that you need two devices available.
