it is Meandered Inverted-F Antenna (MIFA)

Hello kamlesh

Unfortunately, Nordic Semiconductor does not have any nRF24L01 modules for sale, nor do we have any modules with a meandered inverse-F antenna. So the module you are referring to is not ours. You will need to contact whoever designed it and request the schematic and layout from them.

An alternative is to use the monopole antenna shown on page 68 in the nRF24L01P product specification.
