On a mobile, is possible to refresh RSSI more than every seconds ?

Yes it is! On android devices, however, not only does the RSSI change from phone to phone, but the update interval changes too. It depends on a number of things:

• How often your device advertises
• How often you request RSSI from the mobile device
• The phone's operating system
