problem with USB dongle

Hi I am new to BLE. I try to use Dongle + Master control Panel as a peer device. I follow this tutorial application: devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../

I try to flash program to the Dongle using MCP. Every time I program the Dongle, the MCP log report: "NO response from master emulator". What's this problem? It seems I can not use the the dongle correctly.

You are currently using an outdated tutorial. If I were you, I would take a look at this tutorial instead. Hopefully that will help!
