NRF51422 for heart rate and spo2

we are using maxim 30101 sensor for Heart rate and Spo2. we are not able to communicate using I2c. We need urgent help.

You probably need even someone who can ask reasonable questions. Description "we are not able to communicate using i2c" really cannot be solved;)
