I heard that NRF51 familey is becoming obsolete and the NRF52 replaces tham is it true because we have a product the uses NRF511822 and we want to make another product using the same processor.

I haven't heard anything about the nRF51 series becoming obsolete, but in general I would recommend using the nRF52 series instead.
Also, as Endnode said in his comment, it is best to direct these questions to the RSM for your area.
