Is it possible to control the gpios of nrf52(nrf52840) using thread protocol from a cloud or Web app(website) ?

I want to set up a thread network in the house and control the devices nrf52 (bulb,fan,tv,read temperature) from anywhere in the world using the internet(web app,cloud)? if yes where do i start?
