DFU Service not working properly

Hello Team

I am facing one problem ,regarding DFU service

I did my first DFU experiment on Nov 2017..i did as per below guidelines devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../

It was working properly.. but now i am following same approach for one more firmware update.this time not working it automatically getting disconnected

Could please help me how to resolve this issue .. One more thing i was using DFU Library version 1.3.0 in NRF tool box but now the current version is 1.6.1 nrf Tool box

Any procedure has to change according to this ..please find the snapsots

I just tested this, and I'm not able to reproduce this issue. Which phone are you testing this with? Could you try with the precompiled bootloader_secure_ble_debug hex file found in the SDK, together with the DFU test images?
