Master Control Panel can not do DFU

I am using Master Control Panel for doing DFU on nRF52832 DK. The nRF52832 is having example dfu code dfu_test_softdevice_w_bootloader_b_s132.hex from sdk11. nRF51 dongle (PCA10031) is used for connecting ic. I am able to find the "DfuTest" in "Start Discovery" option.

When I connect it and try to do DFU, after selecting dfu_test_app_hrm_s132_w_dfu.zip file from sdk11 example. when I click on the program, it tries to connect but give following errors

"Device does not have the required DFU services" then

"Error during firmware upload. Failed to open transport backend" The same files are working while doing OTA DFU using nRF connect android mobile app. How to solve this problem? is there a problem in nRF51 dongle which I am using?

The same setup worked on windows 7 installed pc, but not working on windows 10 installed PC (Tried on two windows10 PC). The Master Control Panel version is same for all the PC (windows7 and 10) is 3.10.0.14. Can anyone please explain this behavior?

Hi Bhavesh,
I am not able to reproduce the behavior you are reporting.  Master Control Panel is now obsolete and I would recommend that you use nrfutil v0.5.3 to perform DFU from a PC, you can download it here. The install instructions can be found here.
