Custom board and mesh issue

Hello all, I have below queries on my custom board and mesh.

1. I have designed my custom board using nRF51824 and i am using J link debugger for programming , I can able to dump the code on board successfully. now the issue is whenever my debugger is connected to board (i.e programming pins) then only my device will advertise and i can see my device in my Android app. if i remove the debugger and give the external power i cant see any animadverting in my mobile app. please advise. attached the schematics of the board for your reference

and my queries on mesh as below,

1. What is the task of Relay Node .Is this relay node is work same as a normal Node or its specialty is differ if yes then what?

2. How it is possible to any Relay Node wake up through external interrupt from sleep mode with minimum current conjumption.

please confirm.
