SDK14.2 build FAIL in Segger Embedded Studio

Hi, I build below sample in SES and receive an error for: Compiling ‘nrf_log_backend_serial.c’ can't open '...nRF5_SDK_14.2.0_17b948a/examples/ble_central_and_peripheral/experimental/ble_app_att_mtu_throughput/pca10040/s132/ses/Output/ble_app_att_mtu_throughput_pca10040_s132 Debug/Obj/nrf_log_backend_serial.asm' for writing: No such file or directory

I am using : nRF5_SDK_14.2.0_17b948a\examples\ble_central_and_peripheral\experimental\ble_app_att_mtu_throughput Please help me what to do ?

    Sorry for the format, it showed fine in the post.

    In short: I met "can't open '....Debug/Obj/nrf_log_backend_serial.asm' for writing: No such file or directory" error when trying to build the "..experimental\ble_app_att_mtu_throughput"
