Experience with infor-link.com nRF52832 modules

I found nRF52832 modules like www.ebay.com/.../332270581440 on eBay, but there's no documentation for them except the board pinout. Has anyone tied them? How are they shipped, with what firmware and how can they be programmed? They have "www.infor-link.com" printed on them, but that seems to be a forum site in Chinese. Thanks Guennadi

I bought a few of the $8.90 one for my mesh work (using the older Nordic Open Mesh, not the recent mesh sdk). I use the PCA10040 DK to program them, but any Segger JLink flasher will work fine too. The breakout boards that I received were blank, so I had to flash in the softdevice and my application code myself.
