How to change temperature enable setting with Lightblue app

Hello, I bought a nordic/wellcore ibeacon (nrf51822) to experiment. I want to enable all the features and would like to know what value to assign to the temparature enable service.

Right now the setting is 0x00 and it looks like this.

What do I change it to in order for the service to be available and readable?

I'm afraid that only Wellcore know what their FW is doing and how to manage it over the air. Have you tried them? Any documentation on this wonderful product from AliExpress?
