I am adding a dependency Library for DFU by Android studio,find " compile 'no.nordicsemi.android:dfu:1.3.0' "and “ implementation 'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:21.0.0' ”have Conflict！

compile 'no.nordicsemi.android:dfu:1.6.1' ,
compile err in Comple SDK android5.0!
but compile 'no.nordicsemi.android:dfu:1.3.0' compile OK !
I haven't added a dependency“ implementation 'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:21.0.0'”
Comple SDK android8.0! no error But add “com.android.support:appcompat-v7:26.0.0'” ，there is still a conflict with the V7 package
