Is the only way to get a J-Link Lite Cortex M is with the Dev Kit?

I'd like to get only the J-Link Cortex M, without the dev kit. That doesn't seem to be available. Am I not looking at the right places?

The JLink Lite Cortex M debugger a "bundle-only" debugger which is not for sale as a standalone product from Segger: www.segger.com/jlink-lite-cortexm.html
