related to GATT specification

Hi All,

     I am planning to build a remote controlled device BLE(4.0 ).
     I referred developer.bluetooth.org/gatt/Pages/GATT-Specification-Documents.aspx
     but still not having clarity on "which GATT specification" to use for remote control device.
     Can any one please share/tell which GATT Specification to use?

For remote controls the usual approach is to use HID:

www.bluetooth.org/.../downloaddoc.ashx

That's assuming you want a remote control with multiple keys and compatible with standard HID over GATT devices. If you only want a simple remote-controlled device, then you can use the UART over BLE sample from the SDK to implement your own, proprietary profile.
