Is there any possibility setting that let Gazell device broadcast data and receive from multiple host

Unfortunately not. Gazell is built around the ACK mechanism, and there is no way to disable it.
The use case for Gazell is star networks where you have a single host and multiple devices.
If you need this I would consider building something on top of ESB instead.
