HOW TO WRITE SOME STRUCTUTE IN TO THE NORDIC BOARD AND AFTER WRITING I HAVE TO MAKE IT READ ONLY?

I have 3 nordic boards each having different serial no so i need to develop a a structure with the information of the serial no and some revision number etc and i need to flash this structure in to some part of memory of nordic and i want to make it readonly so that for each set up will have different structures with read only permissions. how to do that?
