unexpected error from APP_UART_INIT

SDK 12.2 on nrf52 custom board

returns 7 which does not seem to be an expected error code according to doc

Hi Paul.
You can find the complete list of error codes in the nrf_error.h header file.
The list can also be found in our all-knowing infocenter.

The infocenter also states this about NRF_ERROR_INVALID_PARAM:

When Hardware Flow Control is not used, these errors cannot occur.

Maybe you could take a look at this post, and see if that could be helpful?
