How to set maximum bond devices on a central side?

SDK13, S132, nRF52832. I use whitelist and bond peripherails. But after bonded 20 pcs of peripherials, I can work with only first 8 bonded. Which parameters should change for increase this count? And what maximum of bond devices possible for this nrf52832?

I suppose, that parametr (8) due to whitelist. As I understand, I can't increase this parametr into whitelist. Can I use scan WO whitelist and with bond peripherials? I mean, connect to only was bonded devices WO whitelist?
