I have downloaded the software related with the "nRF51822 Bluetooth Smart Beacon Kit" in order to modify typical iBeacon's parametres such as UUID, Major ID, Minor ID. But I'm thinking about if would be possible to modify for example the advertising time or maybe rotate among a pool of UUIDs to make the fact of traying to clone the iBeacon difficult.
I didn't figure out how can i do it. I don't know maybe if the solution could be modifying the firmware or something like that, beacause with the app Nordic provides I can only change the typical parameters, and not the adversiting time or something similar to de UUIDs rotation.
Anyway I've only found the firmare in msi format and I don't know if there is any tutorial o example code available to costomize the iBeacon.
Is there any chance of even use the device to set secure communications? I know iBeacon hasn't been thought for such task but maybe for some debugging or configuring tasks could be interesting.
I'm not a master in this subjet so I hope not to be asking illogical things.
