disconnect reason 0x28

When I use sdk14.2.0 nus service communication for some time, the connection suddenly disconnected, disconnect reason error code 0x28 ,I do not know what it means, I do not know how to solve.

Do you nrf uart or any of Nordic apps? If yes, does it says anything about in words besides error code? Try this link have you googled and dev zoned the question? What are the results?

I USE MAX_CONN_INTERVAL=75 msec, MIN_CONN_INTERVAL=20 msec,and i use sdk14.2.0 uart example , i also have this question BLE_HCI_INSTANT_PASSED, when i Connect thirty or forty minutes.and i do not handle any data that received from nus service. i also run pwm ,Do not know if it will be affected
