softdevice_handler_appsh.h is missing in SDK14.2

Question

Hi 
 I am working on migration to SDK 14.2. HOWEVER, I found softdevice_handler_appsh.h is missing.
May I ask is there any replacement function to the same thing, please?

Did you take a look at the Migration note for SDK 14 , and how to configure the new Softdevice Scheduler?
