Bootloader can not jump to APP after DFU operation

I use DFU function to update APP. and when i execute the flash write operatin in APP,then afer the dfu operation,bootloader can not jump to the APP. it keeps in bootloadr,and advertising DFU services, and if i programme APP with DFU again, it can jump to APP. If i don't execute the flash write operatin in APP, it work,after programming the APP with DFU,Bootloader can jump to APP ,don't need to do it again. My SDK version is 14.0, and SD is S132 --5.0.0 Please help me with this question,Thanks

Have you taken a look at the secure dfu blog post? How are you performing the DFU (via nrf connect or nrf toolbox on your smartphone)? If you follow the blog post, the application should start running right after the DFU has been successful. I can recommend following the blog post & only updating the application first. I would try with an easy example, like the blinky ble peripheral example located in examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_blinky\pca10040\s132\.
