Why RMS bigger than AVG so much in battery nrf52832? Which one should be used in power consumption calculation?

RMS is primarily used for AC appliactions, and is not a good measure of for power calculation in these applications. It's more a measure of the fluctuations in your measurement, rather than the power consumed. Use the average number for calculating power consumption.
