ble_app_hids_keyboard in SDK 6 will connect and disconnect auto every few seconds

E:\BLE\work\nrf51_sdk_v6_0_0_43681\nrf51822\Board\nrf6310\s110\ble_app_hids_keyboard

testing environment: nrf51822 EK + SDK 6.0.0 + softdevice 7.0 Nexus 7 II Android 4.4.3

Test results: BLE will connect and disconnect from Android device every few seconds. WHITELIST can't write into flash when disconnected from Android device.

==== When I change #define SLAVE_LATENCY 0 connect seems ok, but I can not save white list into flash.
