chip marking of nRF51822

Is there any chip marking information has been stored in the chip? Can we use any command to get the chip marking for NRF21822 from the EEPROM?

Hi pcwang!

I'm afraid there is limited information like that stored in the nRF51822.
However, you can take a look at the FICR - Factory Information Configuration Registers (Chapter 7.3), in the nRF51 Reference Manual.

There is not much information available for the nRF51-series, as compared to the nRF52-series, where you can get information like Part code, Part variant, package option and RAM/FLASH variant.
