How can able to connect my device to only one device using whitlelist?

i want to connect my nrf51822 device to only one phone for secure,now its able to connect all the phone so its not secure, i think its possible using whitelist so anybody pls explain how to use whitelist with one sample code.

This has been asked many many times before in here. Have you tried searching? What kind of security do you want? A whitelist only filters out packets from unknown peers, peers can still mimic the address and get through the filter. Security it achieved with authentication and encryption.
