nRF51822 can connect it with a Bluetooth device 2.1 ?

I develop an application with the nRF51822 circuit. It is detectable with my smartphone, but not with a computer that has a Bluetooth 2.1 device. Is it possible to connect my Bluetooth application to my computer? Thank

No, its not possible to connect with your PC, since Bluetooth LE is just available in Bluetooth >4.0.
