spi bytes delay

Hi,

I am using nRF51822 controller. And I am using SPI peripheral to read 80 bytes of converted data from an ADC converter.

While reading spi data I realized that there is a delay between bytes near 10 microseconds. In which this delay affected my application time limitations.

I hope if any one Knows why this happening and a suggested solution for this problem?

I am using SDK 9 and SPI 8MHz.

I have used the spi_master_fast.zip file - was linked in the SPI optimization post.

I replaced the old SPI driver with the new driver included in the zip file.

It reduced the delay between the bytes!
