dfu on 51822aa

Dear guys,

now I use SDK12.3. My application DFU is works fine base on buttonless dfu sample in pca10028.boad ic is nrf51822AC. IROM1:0x1b000.0x25000.IRAM1: start-0x2002fe8.size-0x7018.

but It is works fail on NRF51822AA ic. I configed IRAM1:start-0x2002000.size-0x2000. application works fine.but can not DUF.

my question is how to config IRAM1 to adapt nrf51822AA IC?

Hi,

What is the build code on your chip? Are you using a revision 3 IC? Older revisions are not guaranteed to work with SDK 12.3. If this is all in order can you please have a look at these two threads?
