Using uC/OS-II or uC/OS-III RTOS with nRF52

We are potentially considering using nRF52 DK in our projects. Kindly advise on following questions,

(Q) How we can use uC/OS-II or uC/OS-III with nRF52 or other nordicsemi evaluation boards, any documents or example projects will be helpful.

We have not ported uC rtos on our solutions. So it will not work when you want to combine using this RTOS with our protocol stacks.

If you are not using any radio protocol stacks from our solutions (like BLE, Thread etc) then any uC port for Cortex-M4 should work out of the box on our chip (given that you have adjusted the linker file to suit your product).
