How do I share private questions with my coworkers using the new DevZone?

The old MyPages had a useful feature that allowed one person to ask a question and share it and the answer with the other members of the dev team.  Now that the new DevZone is here, those issues no longer show up in my list.  I can still see the public and private questions that I've asked, but I can no longer see ones from my team.

  • Yes, the share funtionality of Private cases from MyPage is available here. This is how you do it:

After you have have created the Private case, click on the "Share" button:

You will then be able to add people you want to share the case with by typing in their email addresses:

This is also the place where you can remove people from the shared list by clicking the "X" to the right of the person in the list.

You will be able to see who you have shared a case with in the case view:

Cases that are shared with you will be marked with a "Shared" flag in the "View my tickets" list. You will only have read access to those cases.

The shares from MyPage are not migrated. Please request new shares from colleauges on old cases of interest.

    Best regards,

    Jon Gunnar
