SoftDevice DFU with nrf52810

I'd like to use DFU to update the SoftDevice of an nRF52810.  Based on the documentation it looks like the new soft device needs to be copied into flash while the active SoftDevice remains present to manage the download, after which the freshly downloaded SoftDevice is verified and copied over the older resident version. 

My question is, how can this work it the case of SoftDevice s132 which is ~138k and the 52810 which has only 192k of flash?  

Perhaps I have the sizes or the process wrong?  Or does updating the soft device require the nRF52832 and its greater flash capacity?

Hi, 

S132 is made for nRF52832, you should use S112 for nRF52810 if you don't need central role.

However S112 v5.1 size is 96kB and it's still too big for softdevice update. So currently softdevice update is not supported on nRF52810.
