     I want to updata bootloader,using SDK11.How should I operate？If nRF connect support to updata bootloader?

If you are looking for DFU update from SDK 11 to a newer SDK then please have a look at this thread:

DFU - Updating from Legacy (SDK v11.0.0) Bootloader to Secure (SDK v12.x.0) Bootloader.

Updating from one legacy bootloader to another is described in the Running the BLE bootloader example documentation for SDK 11 on Infocenter.
