nRF52832 software

Hello.

Which application can I use to monitor and configure a smart wristband with nRF52832? I would like to check its firmware, update it and see all the info about the device. 
This is a chinease smart wristband with a heart rate and ECG functions. I know that it has nRF52832 chip and the info from the manufacturer is very poor, as you can imagine...

I would suggest using the nRF BLE Sniffer. Please note that you would need a nRF51xxx or nRF52xxx development kit to actually intercept and display the BLE packets on the air between your wristband and the smartphone receiving the data.

On the subject of "checking its firmware", that might be near impossible (when nRF chips are mass-programmed in a factory, a setting is enabled to avoid reading the contents of the flash memory). Have you disassembled the wristband and looked for a set of j-tag pins?

Thanks for the suggestion! I will try the Sniffer. No, I have not disassembled it yet. It's pretty new and I'm just trying to find out more about its working and specs.

BTW, I don't know is it useful to publish a link to the product with nRF52832 I have but here is it.

Maybe it will help to understand the device I'm talking and asking about...
