BLE SIG Certification and what is legal requirement and Authorization?

we'r developing our product based on nRF51822 and also using BLE(Bluetooth) as wireless device.So, we want to release our first product in this year in markets. The next steps are to get all necessary certifications  and legal requirements and authorization to sell the device. I'm seeking some guidance here trying to wrap my head around what exactly needs to be done.Does i need to pay for that ?

 -Does I need BLE SIG legal Authorization? and its paid?and how much?

;what are the legal requirements i have accomplish?

-For very low volume initial production (in the one or hundreds), will we still need to pay the Bluetooth SIG fee?

-Declaration fees if my product only uses BLE

Hi,

You will need to test for regulatory compliance at a test house, and you will need to list your product with Bluetooth SIG. For BT listing you may find the Innovation Incentive Program (IIP) interesting to reduce cost.
