NRF52840 chip availability for developpement and production

Hello.

Until now, we work with NRF52832 for a new product but we have identified that the memory (64kB of RAM and 512kB of flash) of the chip will not sufficient for our end product (with firmware update in the future). So, we think that the NRF52840 is our long-term solution. 

I know the question below is frequently asked but I ask it again. 

When and where can we buy the NRF52840 chip for engineering developpement and production ?
